Glenda started with Hearing Aid Labs in March of 1997. She is originally from Central Florida and has two grown children. She came to us with over 20 years of customer care and office management experience.

She is your first point of contact.

Her responsibilities include general customer care:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Patient files
  • Insurance processing
  • Minor repairs
  • Accounts receivable
  • Invoicing and financial options
  • Management and bookkeeping
  • Credit Card processing
  • Payroll
  • Inventory
